30A Final Reflection

1)     Read through your posts from this semester. Recall all of the experiences you've had a long the way -- the highs, the lows -- the fun moments, and the moments of drudgery, and even the moments of dread. The best assignment was the bug list! The bug list was enlightening. After partaking in the assignment, I walked away with a deeper meaning; complain less, think of why such annoyance exist, it will change not only change the way you complain but limit your complaints by offering a new perspective, reasoning and solution for a problem. This assignment was great in creating a more positive outlook than negative outlooks. The least favorite assignment was… to be honest I can’t think of an assignment I dislike. Each assignment was insightful although sometimes extensive, the intent of the exercises was recognized. Opportunity:  As the population in America continues to increase daily. The need for shelter’ a basic necessity in life becomes increasingly essential. With this opportunity, Americans have the option to rent or own; the latter financially freeing, the other a long-term financial obligation. Rental and home cost will accommodate both lower-class, middle-class and wealthy. This opportunity would be financially profitable for my real estate investment firm, while ensuring the shelter, safety and security of customers. This need is viewed as important to American citizens eager to own or rent residential houses, apartments and condominiums and-or land.  This opportunity is big, therefore big thoughts and actions are necessary.
