Baby Boomers are reluctant to delay retirement due to the residual impact from the Recession in 2008. After the Recession Baby Boomers were financial forced to withdraw from retirement benefit savings accounts such as 401k, Roth IRA, Rollover IRA and the list continues. Many Baby Boomer’s mostly between the ages of 45-75 tossed the traditional ideal of retirement and remained working to increase income and savings. The dilemma is Baby Boomers are blocking the younger generations chance for a traditional career path. In contrast, the NFL is controversially has rejected the American Veterans Organization who tried to purchase commercial ads which would request citizens to stand during the national anthem. After careful consideration, the NFL approved the commercial, with a message which portrayed the NFL support for veterans, however the Veterans organization was displeased and urged their initial unrevised commercial ad.
