3A Entrepreneurship Story
Approximately five years ago, I attended a real estate
investment conference, provided by a real estate investment firm, consisting of
two brothers who had successful maneuvered the ventures of true entrepreneurship.
The two successful real estate investors, shared their entrepreneur story, beginning
with their childhood, professional experience and culminating the tale with their
subsequent success. This conference
ignited a spark into creating my personal experience of entrepreneurship.
I enrolled
into ENT 3003 to learn strategies to create a startup company. I enrolled with
the hope of learning how to lead a team, how to create a business plan and the
necessary tools needed to build a company from the basic foundation and expand the
business. I believe an entrepreneurship course is the necessary tool and
education I need in order to form my new project. I hope to gain insight into
the world of entrepreneurship which can formulate into realistic business
experience. Entrepreneurship is a risky venture, but entrepreneurship filled
with the correct tools, will create success. The rewards of entrepreneurship
are equivalent to the possible failures of entrepreneurship. I look forward to
my journey in this course and the countless information I will collect along
the way.
Hey again Candice. I'm wondering what about the conference that sparked that want to explore your interest in entrepreneurship. Was it just how well the brothers talked or their actual story? I need more! Also, I think another thing about being an entrepreneur is that even though it's risky and you may fail, it's also very rewarding if you are successful. Follow your dreams!
ReplyDeleteYour story pertaining to the real estate conference was really intriguing to me because I plan on potentially pursuing a masters in commercial real estate! Last summer, I previously interned for Cushman & Wakefield LLC, and gained valuable hands on experience in the commercial real estate industry. I really admire your motivations for enrolling in this course because I too have entrepreneurial real estate aspirations of my own.
ReplyDeletegreat story , I really do not know much about real estate but I know that there is a lot of money to be made !!
ReplyDeleteI like how most of the . student's stories include a family business or a history of entrepreneurship so i guess it runs in our blood ! lol
